As an exercise for my New Media Design II class, I was challenged to create a set of 9 icons that fit a common theme of my choosing, but I had to work with and implement a foundational shape: 3 circles, squares, and triangles. I was not to alter any of these shapes beyond their rotation or corner radius, only adding to them to create the desired icon. Because of my interest in and passion for public transportation, I decided to create a set of transit-oriented icons.
