While working for Saint Michael’s College Marketing and Communications, I identified opportunities to improve key webpages using Microsoft Clarity data, student feedback, and accessibility considerations. I redesigned the Current Student Resources page in WordPress—simplifying dense link groups, highlighting top-used links as buttons, and reorganizing categories for easier navigation. By combining existing and custom modules, I delivered a cleaner, more intuitive page experience that quickly became one of the site’s top three most-visited.
